  I bought it and it has a good touch screen. It is quite fast, although not much as compared to the giants like the galaxies and the iphones. And both the sims are active at the same time. and it has a very good sim manager. You can select it from there that from which sim you want to perform which function like call, sms, mms etc. And if you dont want to assign such functions simply leave all of the functions in the "ask first" tab. So whenever the mobile does such a function it will ask.

  @KuroroDanchou It means dual sim full active. Means that on the phone you have two antennas and both the sims are active even if you are in call, so if during a call another the other sim remains active and is able to receive calls. Instead of the dsds (dual sim stand by) which means that while on sim is active during a call, the other one seems to be powered off. Take a look on wikipedia for a better explanation.

  Seriously guys this phone is not so bad as you say remember there is still a market for low end users which is there Nokia is pretty much the strongest phone manufacture and the Touch and Type series from Nokia is huge and a big seller don't compare this phone to Htc Sensation this is low end phone not an high end smartphone.
