  I bought this phone 1 month ago already had to get new one because incoming calls screen would not light up. So 1 week ago got new one and the phone is doing this again. I have to hit side button and hang up on person calling then get screen to turn on and see who called. So incoming calls screen doesn't light up. Store is closed because of virus any suggestions? Other phone they did reset and everything

  I have it and its not really that bad. I got 3 of them for free with thier own phone numbers for buying a apple watch at sprint. Plus my daily phone is a iPhone 8 Plus.
